Mason Mconald
Owner, CEO
Mason McDonald founded RM Golden in 2020 with his wife, Rachel. His passion for land and conservation was instilled early on, growing up in a family with deep roots in land investment dating back to the 1800s. Despite initially pursuing a career in healthcare, driven by a desire to help others, Mason ultimately found his calling in land investment.
After leaving the corporate world in 2022, Mason has built RM Golden into a successful land investment company, prioritizing fair treatment and simplified processes for landowners. RM Golden focuses on land stewardship, assisting landowners in transitioning their property to a new generation while upholding ethical business practices and a genuine appreciation for the value of land.

Mason graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and holds a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.
Jackson Stuart
Sales Manager
Jackson Stuart joined RM Golden in 2024 as a sales and acquisitions manager. He facilitates land transactions nationwide, working closely with landowners through the sale of their property. He also leverages a wide network of investors and developers to identify the highest and best use of RM Golden land holdings.

Prior to joining RM Golden, Jackson held roles at real estate development firms in Georgia and Texas. He also brings valuable sales experience from the technology and logistics sectors.

Jackson graduated from the University of Georgia, earning a BBA in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business, along with a certificate in legal studies.
